How to Form Better Habits and Permanently Change Who You Are

Here’s the truth: Most people will spend years trying to form better habits. They will vow to never return to their old ways again and exert more and more willpower in an effort to change.

However, they will inevitably find themselves right back where they started.

Why? Most people are repeatedly trying to change their life through the same broken model of “grit” and “willpower” and getting nowhere. Quite frankly, it is insanity.

As Albert Einstein has said,

“The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results.”
