If You Change the Way You See Yourself, You’ll Change Your Life
How your beliefs shape you and what to do about it.
Imagine if the life you created in your head was what shaped your experiences today, tomorrow and the next day. What if the view you held of yourself was the greatest determining factor in who you physically become?
This is the reality of the world we live in. Through your thoughts and beliefs is how you create yourself. As James Allen has said, “As a man thinketh, so he is. As he continues to think, so he remains.”
Dr. Joseph Murphy had similarly wrote,
“As you sow in your subconscious mind, so shall you reap in your body and environment.”
If you want something different, then you must believe something different. Until you create a new narrative around what’s possible and who you can become, then things don’t change for you.
The remainder of this article will further explain how it works. Here we go.
Disbelief Creates Negative Results
“Disbelief is a negative power. When the mind disbelieves or doubts, the mind attracts reasons to support the disbelief.” -David J. Schwartz
