This is what happens in the movie, Click. Surely you’ve seen it. Adam Sandler is given a remote where he can fast forward, rewind, and pause his life. He ends up ends up fast-forwarding all the “mundane” parts of his life and consequently, misses his life. Not a fun way to live.

Agreed, it’s the struggle that gives life meaning. Actually, without the “bad times,” there could be no “good times.” You have to know both ends of the spectrum.
