You Don’t Need a Tectonic Shift, You Need a Micro Shift

Most people are waiting for one great event to suddenly shake them and wake them from their mediocrity. They are waiting for everything to be easy and convenient before they completely change their lives.

However, very rarely does growth occur in this way. In fact, most growth simply happens slowly, over time. Says Jeff Goins,

“Most growth happens this way: slowly, over time. You don’t see it happening — in fact, sometimes the circumstances feel more like inconveniences than opportunities — but then one day you wake up, amazed at how far you’ve come.”

Of course, you can also wake up one day amazed at how little you’ve done. However, this article will focus on the former. Here we go.
